Our products are delivered in Europe and for the others countries please contact us: info@macheriemonamour.com
Delivery charges are based on the prices in your basket and the type of item(s) ordered before any discounts or reductions. The price of delivery is then applied to your order at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order.
For our textile items and accessories such as mugs and bags, the price is 9,90€ for Europe.
For our vinyl items (placemats and coasters) the charges are as follows:
Germany
under €50 shipping costs €9.90
above €50 shipping costs €6.90
Austria
under €50 shipping costs €15.90
above €50 shipping costs €10.90
Europe
under €50 shipping costs €19.90
above €50 shipping costs €12.90
Returns Policy

You will find our refund policy in the refund page together with the returns form.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us. Once we have received your return, we will refund you within 48 hours using the same method of payment you used to purchase your item(s).
